INTRODUCTION:

This anti-bribery and corruption policy exists to set out the responsibilities of

Diagnotronics Nig. Ltd and those who work for us and with us with regards to

observing and upholding our zero-tolerance position on bribery and corruption; and

also serves as a source of information and guidance in helping them recognize and

deal with bribery and corruption issues.

“The cost of corruption exceeds by far the damage caused by any other single

The Way We Do Business: Policy Statement

Diagnotronics Nig. Ltd believes in doing business ethically and honestly; and is fully

committed to complying with all laws and regulations of the host Country and

Communities where we operate. We are committed to acting professionally, fairly and

with utmost integrity in all our business dealings; ensuring that systems that prevent

bribery and corruption are implemented and enforced.

Our Position:

- Diagnotronics Nig Ltd does not offer or accept bribes or kick backs in any form or

guise; and we do not tolerate corruption in connection with any of our business

dealings.

- Diagnotronics Personnel shall not permit any use of funds or other assets of the

Company for any unlawful or improper purpose.

- We are committed not to make; or authorize anyone to make payments; or to offer

gifts, anything of value or offer promises to pay money or give something of value to

or for the benefit of any person to obtain business or retain any other advantage in the

conduct of our business.

Compliance and Violation:

We are committed to comply with this Policy and Nigeria & International anti-bribery

and corruption laws; and violation or failure to comply with this policy may result in

disciplinary action up to termination of employment or cancellation of contract with

Diagnotronics.

Report Violation

Diagnotronics Nig. Ltd Staff are encouraged to report to Management if information

of an act of improper payment has been made, promised, or authorized or that any

other violation of applicable anti-corruption laws or this policy may have occurred.

Diagnotronics Nig. Ltd will not permit retaliation against any person who in good

faith, reports a suspected violation of this Policy.
