Diagnotronics Nig. Ltd in line with its corporate mission and vision is committed to

quality assurance and continuous improvement. Diagnotronics has developed a

strategic approach to quality management policy to ensure:-

- Providing our customers with high quality medical diagnostic equipment and best in

class services.

- The skills of management and staff are enhanced through review and actively

pursuing an on-going training policy, the objective of which is to prepare staff to be at

their best always.

- Promoting of the culture of continued quality improvements and the philosophy of

getting things “right the right time”.

- Rigorously tracking deliveries, installations and completion of orders.

- Promoting the quality management system and ensuring implementation is achieved

by internal auditing, management review, correction and preventive actions.

The quality management cycle consists of Plan – Implement – Review - Improve

(PIRI) approach which further strengthens our focus on continual improvement and

innovation.

At Diagnotronics, everyone is responsible for the quality within the Company and for

maintaining high standards.
