Diagnotronics (Nig) Ltd in line with her corporate Mission and Policy will take every

Environmental Standards throughout her business activities. To enable us keep and

maintain the quality of our Products and Services at the highest level, we ensure that

the Health and Safety of our employees are maintained at all times. And will be

committed to continual improvement on our HSE performance with the aim of

To achieve this objective, the Company commits to:

i. considering Health, Safety and Environmental issues a priority in all her

activities.

ii. compliance with relevant National and International Legislations and

Standards; Diagnotronics Standards and Clients requirements.

iii. proactively identifying Health and Safety risks and implementation of

suitable control measures.

iv. continuous improvement of Diagnotronics HSE Management System and

Performance.

To achieve these goals, Diagnotronics (Nig) Ltd shall endeavour to develop,

implement and evaluate her Health, Safety and Environmental Program to be as

effective as possible. It is in the best interest of all parties to consider accident

prevention in every activity. Compliance with Health, Safety and Environment

Procedures will be regularly reviewed; violation will be recorded and addressed.

Diagnotronics (Nig) Ltd will ensure the safest, healthiest and environmentally friendly

workplace by requiring that employees receive ongoing training on Safety, Health and

Environment. Also by maintaining communication between Management and Staff;

and by leading through action rather than words.
